How To Make The Law Of Attraction Work For You The Easy Way

Last night in the early hours of the morning unable to sleep, I pulled out my journal and began writing. It was here that I realized something that had been staring me in the face.

Have you ever had that experience when you see or hear something that has been there all along, and suddenly things make sense?

As a big advocate of the Law of Attraction I often listen to lots of recordings. So what I am about to share with you I am sure my ears have heard many times, my brain has just been a little slow to compute it.

I realized that everything I was aiming for in my life was to achieve the feeling of what it would give me. You might want to start your own business and make £100K a year. But when you think about why, it’s really the feeling you are craving. The feeling of financial freedom or the feeling of security or perhaps the feeling of being calm knowing your have enough money.

I understood that the goals that I had set out that I wanted to achieve in my business would fundamentally give me a feeling of pride, satisfaction, success, a sense of being good enough, joy and happiness.

However, what I was doing was also staking my future feelings based on the external factors linked to hitting my goals and targets. I realized, I didn’t need to wait, I could achieve everything I wanted to feel right now in this moment simply be creating the feelings within my mind and body.

That’s not to say I don’t want to achieve my goals. I love what I do and I’m living my purpose, but I recognized I could make life a whole lot easier if I could trick my mind into believing I have already achieved what I wanted to by creating the feelings that went alongside my desires.

This is because The Law of Attraction works by drawing you to people, opportunities, money – anything you want basically, based on what you are projecting energetically through your thoughts and feelings. I knew that if I could feel the feeling now and line up with it, then the Law of Attraction would work far quicker for me, because I was energetically in alignment with my desires. Result!

Your mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and imagination. Therefore you can trick your mind into believing that you are already happy or successful or confident and so on just through the power of visualization. A bit like imagining your future self as already feeling how you want to feel but in high definition with surround sound!

There may be a few blocks getting in the way of you creating the feeling instantly of success or pride in yourself or believing that you are good enough. That’s OK, you can overcome these blocks with the use of EFT (emotional freedom technique). A simple but very powerful way of tapping on your acupressure points to release negative emotion and tap in positive emotion.

Do you want to start feeling like you have achieved what you want in life? Then give it a go for yourself and let the Law of Attraction work for you.

  1. Start off with identifying and writing down what your goals and desires are. For example; to earn £50,000 a year; to write a book or start your own blog; to start your own business; to own your own property; to meet your life partner.
  2. Ask yourself  ‘when I achieve this goal, what feelings will that create within me?’. It may be more than one feeling such as feeling fulfilled, happy and contented.
  3. Close your eyes and allow your mind and body to relax. Focus on your breathing for a few minutes to enable your mind to slip into a calmer, slower state of being. Then allow your imagination to fly over the jagged rocks of reason and visualize yourself as having achieved your goal (I recommend focusing on one goal at a time). Bring in all your senses – what you can see about yourself; what you can hear yourself saying or others saying to you; any smells, taste or touch. Then get a sense of what you are feeling in your vision and experience that feeling in your body.

Pin ItYou can remain in that state of mind for as long as you wish!

When you come back into the world with your conscious mind, reflect on how you now feel. If you feel different to how you did when you began, then you know something has shifted!

Because of the Law of Attraction is always responding to what you are projecting with your thoughts and feelings, the more you tap into that feeling of having already accomplished that goal, the more you will notice magical things starting to occur in your life!
