This means that unlike some other remedies it won’t upset the good bacterial balance found in your digestive system. In addition, this remedy is very gentle, as it is not a fast flush type of cleanse.

Next, add two tablespoons of raw honey to the water and vinegar mixture. Finally, stir the mixture really well. You’ll know it is ready when the honey has completely dissolved through stirring.

You can drink the water, vinegar and honey mixture either at the start of the day or whenever you feel that your colon is in need of a cleanse. Unlike other remedies, there is no need to be concerned about continuing with your ordinary daily activities while the cleanse takes effect.
