Experts in physical, mental and spiritual health may differ in their individual approaches to enjoying life more, but many agree that you need only be open to making several small adjustments if you wish to change your world for the better.

1. Live In The Moment

Each moment of life is fleeting, which means that you should actively participate in the present time to your utmost ability. Center yourself, focus your mind on what you are doing in this moment, and infuse your actions with positivity.
