- Make a list of everything that is good in your life and all the things you should be grateful for. It will help you put the break-up into perspective – you still have so many things to make you happy.
- This is a bit cliché, but get rid of all the stuff that reminds you of this person. Personal belongings, pictures, gifts… no need to completely destroy them, just put them somewhere you won’t see them.
- Go out and have fun. Spend time with your friends and family. Maybe do something you could never do with your ex.
