Dr Talia Steed is a medically trained counselor, writer and mental health advocate. She undertook 3 years of Psychiatry training before shifting into this area from her medicinal background. Her professional and personal experiences have shaped her holistic and integrative approach to psychological issues, that consider well being from a body, mind and spirit perspective. She absolutely believes in preventative strategies such as yoga, mindfulness and meditation for aiding mental well being and creating a rich and meaningful life. She firmly believes that the human spirit is mighty in both its strength and its power and its will to live and fight for survival.
