If you are looking for a perfect low-fat sweet treat – this is it! It’s absolutely delicious and super easy to make.

Ingredients (only two!):

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • Flavor of choice (Nutella, Oreo, chocolate, etc.)

Method:

  1. Chop the bananas into 3 cm chunks
  2. Freeze them for at least 2 hours
  3. Blend in a powerful blender or food processor
  4. Pin ItAdd the flavor of your choice and blend to create a smooth consistency
  5. Transfer to a freezer-proof container and freeze until solid (for approx. 1 hr)
  6. Enjoy!
