With modern lifestyles imposing many demands that can distract you from your meditation, it can be easy to let your manifestation slip to the back of your mind.
Sometimes we need a little extra help keeping our manifestations active; that is, maintaining the resolve to see them through to completion.
Here are five ways to enhance your manifestation goals by keeping them active.
1. Write It Down
Writing your manifestation goal down is very helpful. Be precise with your wording, and write it down in a special notebook, making sure to keep it in a place where it will be safe. Reread it in the morning when you wake up and again at night before you go to sleep.
During each meditation practice, rewrite your manifestation in the same notebook (or on the same piece of paper, space permitting). The act of writing your goals down may seem repetitive, but it is a good way to reinforce psychologically what you are trying to attain.
Always use the same phrase or description when you are rewriting.
2. Draw It
Similar to your writing exercises, start drawing your manifestation. Don’t worry if you aren’t artistically inclined, as you will be the only one to see your drawings. Use a notebook, it can be the same as the one in which you are writing, or simply paper.
Think about the best way to represent visually what you want, whether it is a literal depiction of a new car or home, or something more abstract, like a relationship goal.
Whatever it is, keep it simple and don’t judge yourself. This is another great way to keep your manifestation active.
3. Keep It Close
Choose a talisman or special object that reminds you of your manifestation goal and keep it on you as much as possible; it can be a sacred spiritual idol, a gift from a friend or something that just makes you happy.
Ideally, it will be something small enough to fit in your pocket, so that you can reach down and touch it to recharge your energy when you feel distracted by daily stressors. Like your other exercises, it doesn’t have to be a literal match with what you want, but something that empowers you and keeps you focused on your manifestation desire.
4. Tell Someone
This part can be tricky, because many of us enjoy keeping our meditation experiences and manifestation goals close to the heart. It is certainly not something to bring up casually, as other people may trivialize it or convince you that you don’t need to have what you are seeking.
But mentioning your goal to a trusted friend or relative in a casual way will call upon their energy for needed support. They may remind you of ways to better access your manifestation goal.
5. Set A Deadline
This is one of the most important things you can do for practical manifestation: Set a reasonable deadline for achieving what you want. Don’t rush it, but don’t give yourself too much time either; you may become distracted with different wants or peripheral goals.
Figure out the practical steps necessary to achieve your desire, as well as a reasonable estimate of how much time you will be able to devote to manifestation meditation. Keeping a regular schedule with your practice is very helpful as well.
Using these steps to keep your manifestation active alongside regular meditation, you will find that achieving your goals can be easier than you previously thought.
